We import many of our seafood first-hand from source through our wholesale business, Gyoren Singapore. Good ingredients is our starting point.
Chef Kee Leng and his team bring these ingredients to life, using techniques from around the world with an Asian body, flavour, and soul. His background is fine dining, so we pitch high, but we always keep prices affordable and portions hearty.
